New Delhi: 27-12-2025] The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the KVS NVS exam city intimation slip download process for the 2025-26 recruitment cycle. Aspiring candidates who applied for the 15,762 teaching and non-teaching vacancies in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) can now check their allotted examination cities.

To access your KVS NVS Exam City detailed process is given below, follow these simple steps on the official portal:
1.Visit Official Website: Go to (https://kvsangathan.nic.in).
2.Find the Link: Click on the notification titled “Click here to view examination city- Notification No. 1/2025.
3.Enter Credentials: You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth (or use Password which you added at the time of exam registration).
4.Captcha Verification: Fill in the security pin exactly as shown on the screen.
5.Submit & Download: Click on the “Submit” button. Your kvs city intimation slip will appear. Download the PDF and take a printout.
Important Note: The city intimation slip is NOT the final admit card. It only provides the KVS NVS Exam City, exam date and shift timing. The detailed admit card containing the exact venue address will be released approximately 2–3 days before the exam.
Exam Schedule & Shifts
The examination for various posts including PRT, TGT, PGT, and Non-Teaching staff will be held in two shifts:
Morning Shift: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
